Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions (EDOA), the Marketing and Admissions Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Admissions department on initiatives directed at maximizing departmental efficiency, cross-functional collaboration and optimizing data analyses.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Executive Director of Admissions:
- Perform administrative functions relating to the generation and analysis of Admissions-related
spreadsheets, documents, emails, etc.
- Help with data analyses of various reports and prepare summary findings for the EDOA.
- Provide assistance with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and other
databases as required.
- Coordinate with other departments like Compliance, Marketing and Curriculum on an ongoing
basis to help with consistency in processes.
- Support with events and marketing activities as needed
Providing general office and administration duties:
- Provide support in the facilitation of meetings, webinars and info-sessions.
- Helping proofread and edit context of advisor mass emails and texts.
- Perform data entry and collection.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Education
- Post-secondary Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Office Administration, or
related
discipline
- One (1) to two (2) years of related experience in an office or customer service setting
- Marketing/Administration experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
